How are the four bonus card sets chosen at setup?

Take the one white-star card from each of the 10 bonus card sets, shuffle those 10 and draw 4. The 4 drawn cards decide which sets are in the game; return the other 6. Each chosen set then gets 2, 4 or all 5 of its remaining cards for 2, 3 or 4 players.
