Play exactly one Staff card from your hand. Each die on the 5 space reduces its cost by 1 krone; you pay the rest, and the cost cannot drop below 0, so you never get money back. Only specific guest effects let you play more than one card. A card with an immediate effect (one-time) takes effect when played; hiring cost is paid once only.
