The rulebook says additional actions other than the first can be repeated, and players apply it to guests.

Yes. Moving a completed guest into a free room of the right colour is an additional action, and all additional actions except the 1-krone die boost can be repeated as often as you like on your turn. Resolve each guest fully (points, reward, room bonus) before starting the next.
