If my first starting Bomb Card is a 3, 4 or 6 point card, must the second be a 1 or 2?
The designer confirmed the 6-point case, and the rulebook states the rule.

Yes. If the first card dealt is worth 3, 4 or 6, the second must be worth 1 or 2; redeal until that holds. The first print run forgot to mention 6-pointers, but they are covered.
