How does Chaos Through the Warp work?
Players agree, and the designer approved taking the die first.

Discarding it during an Advance lets units move through storms (not required) and the order's combat gives one morale die, whether or not you crossed a storm. The die can be taken before you roll army dice. Some players read the storm crossing as covering the order's retreat too.
