Can the Ork scheme Gitz Dem! be used outside my own combat, or after a delay?
The designer ruled on timing and scope; the retreat case was recalled with uncertainty.

No — only the two combatants count as enemies, so it works only in your own combat, and it must be used at the moment the unit is routed. Routing by retreat probably qualifies, but the designer was not sure.
