What if I commit more cards than fit in my company structure?
The rulebook's Restructuring phase states it plainly.

You play the turn with only the CEO: if you commit more cards than fit in your company structure, all cards except the CEO go to the beach. You still owe their salaries, so count your open slots before revealing.
