During setup, can two starting restaurants have their entrances on the same map tile?
The designer ruled on the one-entrance-per-tile limit, with other players confirming how the entrance tile is determined.

No. At setup each tile may hold only one restaurant entrance. A restaurant's body may still extend onto other tiles, even tiles holding another restaurant's body, and the entrance counts as being on the tile that its own square sits on. Neighbouring tiles that merely touch are not off limits.
