Can a cart or truck circle a roundabout, and must it collect from every source on it?

Yes, you may drive around a roundabout several times or reuse road segments, but each coffee house or drink source counts once however often it is passed. You may take all sources or choose to collect fewer, for example to avoid selling to an earlier house.
