Milestones marked 'remove after turn 2' disappear then, so combos stacking the Recruiting Girl, Trainer and Marketeer milestones are not possible; the designer confirmed the training milestone is already gone by turn 3. First Marketing Trainee Used does not expire and can be earned later.
