If several players reach a milestone in the same turn, do all get it, and what happens afterwards?
The rulebook's Clean Up phase removes milestone types claimed that turn, and players confirm the sharing.

Every player who meets the condition in the first turn it is met gets it, but nobody can claim it later. In Clean Up the milestone is taken out of the game even if only one player earned it, and milestone cards are not exclusive within a round. The First Burger, Pizza or Drink marketed milestone is shared by everyone who starts a campaign for it that round.
