Is the Mass Marketeer still trained from itself in the newer printing?
The designer said the errata were incorporated into the later rulebook, so the older printing differs.

No. Errata were folded into the newer printing, so a Mass Marketeer is no longer trained from a Mass Marketeer. If you own an older copy, follow the corrected path.
