When exactly does the game end after the bank breaks the second time?
The designer said the page-10 rule defines the end and that the game ends only at Dinnertime.

At the end of the Dinnertime phase of that turn, never immediately and never in another phase. If the bank breaks in Marketing, play continues through the next Dinnertime. Having exactly $0 does not break it; only insufficient funds do, so the game continues at least a turn longer.
