Any marketeer counts, including a Marketing Trainee placing a billboard, and a first Marketing Trainee earns both First Marketing Trainee and First Marketeer. The $5 per marketed good applies to your own marketeers' campaigns (including your first), to an extra Mass Marketeer phase if the house takes a token, and is raised by the CFO. First Marketeer is removed after turn 2; First Marketing Trainee is not.
