Must a cart operator, truck driver or zeppelin pilot use its full range, and can it U-turn or revisit a drink symbol?
The designer ruled on full range, U-turns and once per symbol; a community FAQ line that allowed stopping early was overruled.

A buyer must use its full movement and take every drink it passes: it cannot stop voluntarily, skip a source or take only part of one, unless the road dead-ends or has no more drinks. You can choose not to drive it at all. U-turns and backtracking along the same road are not allowed, though a loop is fine if you have the range. Each unique drink symbol pays out once per buyer per turn, and a second buyer can collect from it again.
