The chain is out at the end of that turn. Its restaurants stay on the board as derelict buildings, and its campaigns stay and run their normal duration (eternal ones too). Anyone who ends below zero because of negative prices or unpayable costs goes bankrupt; if every chain goes bankrupt in the same turn, everyone loses.
