Can two airplanes be placed head-on so that they overlap?
The designer corrected a reading that allowed general overlap.

No. The designer allows two planes to cover the same row or column from opposite sides, but tiles may not overlap. Posts that say overlapping is fine are mistaken; campaigns still resolve in number order, lowest first.
