If your Assassins kill the last meeple on the tile you ended on, do you still get that tile's action?
The designer described the fixed turn sequence in 2014 and the rulebook says you take the ending tile's action regardless of control.

Yes. The turn runs move, then tribe action, then the tile action of the tile you ended on, regardless of whether you took control. Killing a meeple never triggers a tile action by itself, and you place a Camel on the cleared tile if you have one.
