Does Echidna double the Slaves/Fakirs you add to a Builders action, or only the Builder meeples?
The publisher answered this with a worked example in 2014.

Both. Echidna doubles the whole coin total of the Builders action, which includes the bonus from discarded Fakirs. For example, 3 Builders and 2 Slaves around 5 blue tiles is 25 coins, doubled to 50.
