How does Officer Kopp's Police Car rescue Victims?

Question

Accepted Answer

It is an exception to the normal saving rules: it drives Victims to the exit and saves them even if the Final Girl isn't there, and you get the rewards. Victims in it have no extra protection from Dr. Fright. It has no stated passenger limit. Roadblocks are settled with the Rules of Ambiguity.
