She has no cap: for her, 'recover' means 'gain', so she can rise above 6 and gets hearts even when undamaged. Hearts printed on the Killer board or Terror cards heal the Killer; hearts on your Action cards heal you. Her recovery triggers once per phase even when both Horror and Bloodlust rise.
