Anyone who takes damage in a store, Victims included (even one just killed by the Hunter), is knocked through an eligible wall into the newly opened space. Counter-Measures tokens trigger only when someone enters their space, and the Reinforced Endoskeleton makes the Mark V immune to unblockable damage such as falling or walls.
