How do the Raft and the Toll Bridge work?

Rafts only help when you play Walk or Sprint: each point of movement carries you from one raft to the next, and every raft you touch, start and end included, costs 1 Time. A Toll Bridge has no Killer restriction, so the Killer can cross it too. One Victim can follow you over, so the crossing costs you 1 or 2 Time.
