When can I use Creech Manor items, can the Candle move Victims into the Killer's space, and how does the Ghost get back in?

Items that you use proactively are used in your Action phase only; in the Killer phase you can only react (for example with a trashcan lid). Victims moved by the Candle don't 'follow' you, so they can be moved into the Killer's space. The Ghost can leave the house freely but needs the Rope Ladder to get back in, at least through the window.
