Are Winter Wear and Leather Wear worth 2 VP or 2.5 VP at game end?

2.5 VP each for Winter Wear and Leather Wear, and 2 VP for Summer Wear, as printed on the tiles and in the German rules. The English rulebook says 2 VP for every Wear tile, but the rulebook translator said that was a slip. No designer or publisher post appears in the cache.
