When does a Moor tile flip and get Peat in Tea & Trade?

When at least one Land Space under the Moor tile is dehydrated, meaning it is bordered by 2 Ditches. Two Ditches merely touching the tile's outer edges across different spaces do not flip it, and a large Moor still needs one of its spaces dehydrated. The designer chose the "spirit" reading; the 2023 printing words this more clearly.
