What does a Plow cost, and can I get the Animal back later?

A Plow costs 1 Wood and either 1 Cattle or 1 Horse, built at the Farmer. The Animal is paid to the supply and does not stay on the Plow, so it cannot be swapped back. Plows give Fields only when you take the Farmer action, not at end of season. The Wainwright builds Vehicles and Peat Boats, not Plows.
