Yes in the common reading: goods stay on the Vehicle when it is flipped, including Travel Destination tiles. One poster calls Ponton's yes an official word, but it is not a recorded publisher ruling, and another poster argued a Vehicle carrying a Travel Destination cannot be flipped until emptied.
