Can the Winter Carpenter exchange more than one Stall for a Stable in a single action?
Forum posters say no: the Carpenter's grey arrow is a single conversion per action unless a building says otherwise. The rulebook only contrasts grey arrows with brown ones, which scale with Tools, and one poster read the rulebook as allowing unlimited use. The once-per-action reading is the one most posters in the thread gave.
