How does Nightweave resolve Visitor cards when she takes a Station card on the Train board?

She discards the lower-value Visitor first, then takes the higher-value one as an Achievement, the same as the Train bonus action. The Mistwood rulebook's Station wording is an error, not an intentional nerf.
