Can you combine the Inn's cost reduction and the Dungeon's discount on the same card?
The rulebook's Dungeon entry says it cannot be combined with the Inn or other card-playing abilities.

No. Two card-playing abilities cannot both be used to play one card, and the Inn's ability also counts as a card-playing ability, so it cannot be stacked with the Dungeon.
