Can I hold a Slavery card beyond my card limit?
The rulebook (Hand Limit and Discarding) covers this, and forum replies agree.

Yes, one, but the total can't pass five. At maximum Politics the limit is already five, so the extra Slavery allowance adds nothing. Any normal slot can also hold a Slavery card.
