Can I own more than one level 5 building?
The designer confirmed this directly; the rulebook text we hold says otherwise, so the designer's ruling wins.

Yes. The designer confirmed you may hold two level 5 buildings, and repliers found no rule against several. The rulebook text we hold says otherwise, but the designer's ruling wins. The only cap is one of the six region-specific buildings from the mini-expansion.
