If two players complete the same colour on the same turn, do both get the higher colour bonus?
Several players quote the German rules, and the English column rule is the same; the English colour text is silent.

Yes. Players who complete a colour on the same turn all get the higher bonus. The English rulebook's Color Bonus section omits this sentence, but its column rule and the German rules apply it to colours too, and forum posts agree.
