El Grande
Under the older Veto! rulings, could it interrupt Intrigue moves or the Movement (Evict) card part-way?
Based on one or two forum replies, or on contested readings; no official ruling.

Under the older ruling (2007, from a Rio Grande rules contact), Intrigue moves happen one Caballero at a time, so a veto could cut in after any single move, while Movement (Evict) is simultaneous, so a veto stops all of it or none. The current rulebook has you announce a veto as the special action starts, so a mid-action veto may no longer apply.
