In the original rules, played power cards form a face-up stack in front of you: the top card is visible and the ones underneath are meant to stay hidden. The 2025 rulebook instead says to put a played card face down on your discard pile, so editions differ. No official ruling reconciles them, so agree with your group; whichever you choose, everyone needs to see each round's played cards until turn order is settled.
