Can I take a card from stack 6 or 7 when combining King & Intrigue with Grand Inquisitor?

Yes. Stacks 6 and 7 still exist, so you may take the visible card from one of them instead of an Intrigue, Caballero or King's card, if it has not already been taken this round.
