Placement on the Castillo is in the rulebook, but treating the two scoreboards as one rests on a single forum reply.

Probably not. Players treat the Castillo's two scoreboards as one, so covering either covers both and two mobile scoreboards cannot be used there. A mobile scoreboard may be placed over the Castillo scoreboard. The rulebook does not spell out the one-scoreboard point.
