During general scoring, may the Castillo's Caballeros go to the King's region or to a region not next to the King?

Not the King's region. Each player sends all their Castillo Caballeros to the one region on their secret disk, which can be any region except the King's, whether or not it is next to him. A player who picks the King's region anyway has those Caballeros returned to their court.
