When can Smuggler Harvesters be placed, which cards affect them, and are they lost when destroyed?
They can be placed only in the Vehicle Placement phase, never by a House result or Planning card. Atreides cards that target Harkonnen Vehicles, such as Fremen Rockets, do not apply to them. A Smuggler Harvester removed by a Sandworm leaves the board only and can be placed again later; only Atreides capture removes it for good.
