Does the Atreides get an Imperium Action for capturing or destroying a Smuggler Harvester with a Legion?
The designer answered this directly in 2024, and the FAQ, as quoted by players, agrees.

Yes. For Atreides Legions, areas with Smuggler Harvesters count as holding Harkonnen Harvesters, so removing one with a Legion gives the Atreides an Imperium Action. The Smugglers sentence that stops the Harkonnen placing them with House actions does not change this, and the official FAQ carries the same answer (some players first read the two expansion texts as saying no).
