Can a Sandriding Legion cross an area with an enemy Legion, or a Harvester?
The rulebook says Sandriding cannot cross enemy Legions and that Harvesters do not block.

It cannot cross an area containing an enemy Legion, even with a Wormsign there. Harvesters do not block it. To destroy a Harvester the Legion must stop in its area; crossing Harvester areas without stopping destroys nothing.
