If a Harvester is placed in an area with a Wormsign, is the Wormsign revealed right away?

Experienced forum answerers say so repeatedly, but nearly all of it comes from one poster and no official post confirms it.

No. You may place the Harvester there, and the Wormsign stays hidden until the Desert Hazards phase, unless a Harkonnen Legion enters the area first.
