Are revealed Deployment tokens put back so the Atreides can redeploy them?
The rulebook says revealed tokens are removed from the game; players apply it to the supply.

No. Once a Deployment token is revealed, whether by combat, Guerrilla Training, scouting or a card, it is removed from the game, so the Atreides supply only shrinks. A deploy action only takes tokens from the supply, never ones already on the board.
