Do the Atreides win immediately if Arrakeen is destroyed and their Secret Objective is met?

Yes, under the 3.0 FAQ: when Arrakeen is destroyed, first advance all Prescience markers by its rank, then check the Secret Objective. If the scores are met the Atreides win on the spot instead of waiting for the End of the Round. The check happens only at that moment; if the scores are not met, play simply continues.
