In solo mode, do Named Leaders deploy with the Units to the same settlement?
Based on forum replies; no official ruling or rulebook text settles it.

Usually not. The solo rules put Leaders in the settlement with the strongest Legion, which is often full, so Units go elsewhere and several Leaders often end up in one Legion.
