Can a Planning card that says "move a Legion of your choice" move an opponent's Legion, or require a leader?
Based on forum replies; no official ruling or rulebook text settles it.

It moves only your own Legions. Whether the Legion needs a leader depends on the card text: a card that just says Legion can use any Legion, with or without leaders or with several, and the die used to play it does not matter.
