How does Princess Irulan enter play, and how does she relate to Gaius Helen Mohiam?

Irulan is a Possible Futures leader who takes Gaius Helen Mohiam's place and uses the same rules as her. Her card's "starts the game in play" wording is misleading: the rulebook's entry rules are correct (per the FAQ), and each Possible Futures scenario may have its own rules for bringing leaders into play (rulebook pp. 35-37). The Atreides Hawat is never replaced by the Harkonnen version under Possible Futures.
