When does Dr. Yueh switch sides?

Only when his Legion is defeated in battle by an enemy Legion. If a Sandworm, Coriolis Storm, Planning card or other effect destroys the Legion, no switch happens and Yueh goes to the Regeneration Tank of whoever currently controls him. If both Legions are eliminated, neither side wins the battle (rulebook p. 26), so no switch is described.
