As many as the Atreides stay behind the Harkonnen in unused dice (counting Bene Gesserit tokens as dice): one each time they qualify at the start of their turn, which equalises the action count. Extra ones come only from explicit card or leader effects. It can be taken before the Atreides use their other dice, and the Harkonnen never take two actions in a row.
